SIA 2012 WORLD SERVICE CONFERENCE

There will be an SIA World Service Conference meeting on Saturday, November 3, 2012, from 1pm to 3:30pm Eastern Standard Time.  This translates to the following times in the other time zones:  Noon to 2:30pm--Central Time, 11am to 1:30pm--Mountain Time, and 10am – 12:30pm-- Pacific Time.

Who should attend:

Only one group representative per SIA meeting will be allowed to speak at the conference so that we can handle the communications.

This is a business meeting, not a regular SIA discussion meeting or retreat.  The general public will not be permitted to speak.

Conference Call Sign-In Info:

Here is the conference call  phone number:  209.255.1000.  

When it answers, put in the Participant access code, which is 186363#.  You will then be connected and asked to identify yourself.  Please do so by first name, and city/state/country of your meeting.

There will be no long distance charge for this phone call, but it will count against your cell phone minutes.  For those of you outside the United States, if you will be using
Skype, please look at www.freeconference.com for free access telephone numbers from your country.  If there are none, then you may wish to use Skype.  We learned from our challenges with Skype and bad reception at last year’s conference that it is important to use a
Plantronic’s headset.  Much better reception for you and the others on the conference call.
