Included:  Weekend Hotel Accommodations (all taxes included), Friday Night Snack, Saturday Breakfast Buffet, Saturday Dinner Buffet, Sunday Breakfast Buffet, (Coffee, Tea, and Water will be available all weekend).  All Workshops, Meetings, and of course, FELLOWSHIP.  Friday dinner is on your own.

ñRegistration begins at 5:00 pm on Feb. 23, 2018

Hotel Requests:  Check-in after 3PM, Check-out before 11AM.  All attendees must register with the hotel upon arrival.  All attendees must secure a room with a credit card upon arrival and show valid I.D.

Retreat Registration: Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis.  You will be notified of confirmation.  Please make sure we have a correct contact phone number and / or e-mail address.

No person has the right to indicate a refund for any reason, including but not limited to early departures, late arrivals, reservation changes, or no shows.  SOLE EXCEPTION:  Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival,, subject to a 25% cancellation service fee.  If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your arrival, you forfeit 100% of your deposit (no refund)  NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES.
